Care to share how does it work?

Hi Guys here is a brief description of how Care to share works :)

There are four alert types:
•Wonderful!
provides the opportunity to congratulate a team member on the service they offered a customer.
•Mi$$edOpportunity!
provides the opportunity to coach a team member to drive their sales productivity.
•Below Expectation!
provides the opportunity to coach a team member to improve service standards
•Urgent!
provides the opportunity to coach a team member to improve the service provided to a customer and also discuss the contact with the customer.

Making the most of opportunities to reward and recogniseTeam Members, coaching and guiding them, responding to customer feedback, and having formal discussions with Team Members where it is required.

Alert Type
Member PLATINUM, Gold & Silver

Wonderful!
•10/10 for Team Member Satisfaction
•9/10or 10/10 for Team Member Influence
•Yes for Team Member recommended additional products
•Yes for additional products purchased

MI$$ED OPPORTUNITY!
•Scores8 & belowfor Team Member Influence(excluding0-1)
•No for Team Member Recommended additional products
•Scores 8 & below for Team Member Satisfaction
•The customer does not want to be contacted

BelowExpectation!
•6 or below for Team Member Satisfaction
And/or
•6 or below for Likelihoodto Recommend
•Customer does not want to be contacted

Urgent!
•3/10 or below for Team Member Satisfaction
•3/10 or below for Likelihood to Recommend
•The customer has asked to be contacted
•6/10 or below for Team Member Satisfaction
